sometimes i wonder if the tech fellas are even sentient...
basically, i asked them to give me back the access to read my
camera with the PC
the guy tells me they did not revoke my rights but there was a
hardware failure in the servers, to try again today..
today, i try again, still no access
so i tell them, no access..
the guy tells me they did not revoke the access
i tell them so you didn't revoke, but i can't access.. get it
fixed
they tell the FM that the access wasn't revoked and "log a case
with the FM to connect the camera"
the FM calls me and tells me they cannot do anything until it's
approved..
i tore into them asking them if it wasn't "approved" why is it
they asked them to connect the goddamned camera?!!
they said to connect is not approval..
so i wrote to the guy to tell him to give his "express approval"
for the connection..
wtf??
all i asked was to set the effing camera access..
it's dragged on for 2 whole days already and nothing is done yet
except they created a bunch of emails and pissed me off
Situation is real bad over at ur end... Some ppl effing dun
understand simple english... It seems that they understand
instructions too well >.>
